So… who is Rahul?
I am a photographer, producer, lighting technician, editor and avid plant enthusiast.
But first and foremost….
I have a passion, fascination and obsession with light.
This magical phenomenon is a cornerstone of human experience, and powers our planet via organisms that turn light and water into air, food, and essential materials.
I delight in observing the effects of light on living beings, and on spaces both natural and human-made.
I have frequently wished I could photosynthesize.
Until I can, I work to harness the intersection of light and the living world in a way that is impactful and generative.
Using the skills I have, and a constant desire to learn, I hope to understand and affect the relationship between light, plants, and people to grow towards a world that is more equitable, less exploitative, and less anthropocentric.
